CHEF LANE KARNS
Starting his culinary journey in a 4-Diamond resort in his hometown at 17, Chef Lane Karns went on to earn his degree from the Culinary Institute of America and trained under three Certified Master Chefs. Since 2018, he has brought his craft to New York City’s Michelin-starred and fine dining kitchens, building a career defined by precision, creativity, and hospitality. Orenda is his heart’s work — a personal project and homage to his Pennsylvania Dutch roots, where tradition, craft, and thoughtful cooking come together.
